Refund Policy for Matheos.ca Mentorship

1. Digital Products/Downloads

-No refunds are provided for:

- Instant-access digital materials (e.g., downloadable guides, pre-recorded content).

Reason: These cannot be "returned" once accessed.

2. Live Mentorship Services

- Refund eligibility:

- Full refund if requested within [3] days of purchase and before the first session. 

- Partial refund (prorated) after the first session but before the second session. 

- No refunds after the second session begins.

3. Subscription Services

- Recurring payments(e.g., monthly mentorship):

 - Cancel anytime, but no refunds for partial billing periods.

- Future payments stop immediately upon cancellation.

4. How to Request a Refund

- Include:

- Your full name.

- Purchase receipt/order number.

- Reason for the request (optional).

5. Exceptions

- No refunds if:

- You’ve attended >1 session.

- You fail to participate after signing up (non-use ≠ refund eligibility).

- Services were clearly labeled "non-refundable" at purchase.

6. Dispute Resolution
